The Regulation on Wellness Services, which entered into force on 4 July 2026, establishes the procedures and principles governing this field.

Under the Regulation, accommodation facilities holding a tourism operation certificate issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, sports clubs, elderly care centers, disability care centers and independent centers meeting the prescribed conditions may apply for a wellness center or unit once they satisfy the applicable requirements.
